2. 2 Introduction  We currently have a working group within our property team.  The group is looking at a parking strategy across all sites and preparing a parking policy for roll out to the business.  The aim is to have a uniform approach to parking across all sites and move away from the varying rules and regulations currently in place.  We’re by no means leading the way on car park management.  Currently 14 major sites in various locations around the UK  We have both on and off site parking provision in some locations  Total on site parking spaces 3800  Total off site parking spaces 1338  Parking comes at a significant cost to the business and we have a number of issues with management and control, in particular for the on site spaces
