7. What is Moses learning here? Sometimes you need to let others help. Is that an easy thing to do? What if they mess things up? What are the benefits of letting others support you in your tasks – You can focus on the most important – There is growth overall – Those helping you feel a sense of responsibility that keeps them faithful and loyal.

Every one of them needs three things: 1.a friend, 2.a responsibility, 3.and nurturing with “the good word of God” (Moro. 6:4). It is our duty and opportunity to provide these things.

12. We are in this together It is important for us to understand that we are all members of this Church, working together to come to the Lord. The Prophet does not do this alone; we cannot put our own outcome in his hands. When we strive to live righteously with the Lord and with each other, we can behold the glory of the God.
