The ECA @ EMU is a “Universal Access” Early / Middle college program that combines high school and up to 2 years of college within a comprehensive secondary educational program. Over the last three years, the ECA @ EMU has enrolled in approximately 16,400 EMU credit hours, or roughly 5,700 courses. ECA students have completed EMU courses with a cumulative 'C or better' pass rate of 82% with the ECA contracting for over $2.1 million dollars in tuition and service from EMU. The ECA @ EMU currently receives 88% of the state foundation allowance from its partner districts.
