2. Calendar Overview Calendar app uses the same color scheme and fonts as the rest of the IRHS site.

3. Calendar Overview Hover the mouse over an entry to see full title and times. Click an entry to see location and other details.

4. Editing the Calendar Once you’ve added a calendar app to one of your pages, it will appear in your workspace summary tab.

6. Editing the Calendar Manage your calendar using the controls outlined at right. Import events (import a CSV file containing event times and other info) Event Queue (approve events added by other users) Event Categories (color- code events on your calendar)

7. Editing an Event Hover the mouse over an event and click the Edit button to make changes.

8. Editing an Event The screen to the right will appear. Make changes to your event info, add a description, or select a category. Advanced options are available by clicking the tabs on the top of the screen. Click the green Save button when done.
