7.  Supply Latitude and Longitude - Measure the location of stations using GPS. Over 1100 stations were removed from the STORET Mapping Layer because “0,0” were supplied for the Lat, Long fields.  Datum - Providing “unknown” or “other” as entry to the horizontal_datum field causes accuracy problems when mapping station locations so choose a horizontal datum for your data.
