Philosophy high volume, low cost, high quality & on-time delivery. 4. 100% Export – EMA 92%, Asia Pacific 6%, Americas 2% 5. Production level is currently 51 trucks / day (28 ICE & 23 ER) 6. Operate dayshift, 2 & 3 shift patterns, 5 days per week. 7. Present workforce approx. 575 Employees on site 8. Average age of Workforce 46 years 9. Average service 17 years (62 people with over 30 years service) 10. In business for 35 years and have built over 400,000 Forklift trucks

Why Train “Train people and they leave “– low risk. “Don’t Train people and they stay“ – high risk 50 Craigavon Employees joined our CDS and gained a recognised qualification from L2-L7 - only 1 x Employee left (2% risk of leaving ) But if we did not train these 50 Employees and they remained (100% risk to personal and business progress ) Q. Which would you prefer ? 2% risk of employees leaving or 98% assured investment in your people and the business
