DEFINITIONS Innovation is… “The process by which an idea that is new to an organization gives rise to a new set of activities” (Seelos & Mair, 2012, p. 4) “three core dimensions: (1)the satisfaction of human needs; (2)changes in social relations especially with regard to governance; (3)and an increase in the socio-political capability and access to resources.” -(Gerometta et. al., 2005, p. 1)
