Ben, Griffen, Lucas

Pros: Movement & Sound: It has good graphics and the sound is good because it plays every move. It is easy to program it to move and make sound. Background & Sequencing: It was easy to put the background on the screen. If the sequencing goes all whack, it is easy to fix the system. Movement & Sound: The movement is ok. Sometimes the movement goes crazy and explodes. Background & Sequencing It was hard to find the back round tool and then get back rounds of animals and other stuff. It is easy to do it on an Xbox controller. We could not control them when they kill us automatically. Cons:

= Movement = Sound = Background = Sequencing

We rated it 5 out of 5 because it is easy for kids to build. It is also easy to find the right material and tools to make the game and background. Once the game is complete, it is a high quality game. On top of that, it is free. The tools were all super easy to use.

Kodu is affective because it is easy for kids and grown ups to good make games quickly.

We think that we should use Kodu Game Lab again in the class. It is easy, fun, effective, and educational. It is simple enough for a third grader to use, but complex enough to make a quality game.

We not think that game design will influence education in the future. Sure, you can make educational games, but it is still a video game. Video games keep kids from exercising and can eliminate their attention spans.
