Filters Sort the Data according to requirement Filter your Excel data if you only want to display records that meet certain criteria. Multiple requirements can be selected Used to Select specific Information from a large amounts of data

Filters Click any single cell inside a data set. On the Data tab, click Filter.

Filters Filtering Data can be done through a variety of ways Window Drop Down when arrow clicked

Filters Sorting data reorders the rows in a worksheet based on the content in a particular column. You can choose Sort Ascending or Sort Descending. Sort Ascending will place data in alphabetical order or with the lowest numerical value on top. Sort Descending will place data in reverse alphabetical order or with the highest numerical value on top.

Pivot Table Pivot tables are one of Excel's most powerful features. A pivot table allows you to extract the significance from a large, detailed data set. The data we have is 1768 cells, 68 rows and 26 columns. How can you extract useful analytics from it ? Can Be Easily analyzed with the help of Pivot Tables

Pivot Table 1. Click any single cell inside the data set. 2. On the Insert tab, click PivotTable

Pivot Table Data Selection Excel automatically selects the data for you. The default location for a new pivot table is New Worksheet.

Pivot Table The PivotTable field list appears. To get the revenue generated by Each executive, drag the following fields to following different areas. 1. Salesperson Field to the Row Labels area. 2. Revenue Field to the Values area.

Pivot Charts Pivot Chart is the visual representation of a pivot table in Excel. Pivot charts and pivot tables are connected with each other. After Obtaining the required information on a pivot table, The Same information can be represented on a Pivot Chart. Go to Options> Pivot Chart

Pivot Charts Types of Charts Since Pivot Charts are connected to Pivot Table, they are interactive and can change as the table data changes
