UTICT – ICT Policy Implementation Technical Unit is the executive arm of the Public Sector Reform Inter-Ministerial Commission (CIRESP) a government organization chaired by the Prime Minister and mandated to oversee the public sector reform in general and the construction of the Information Society trough implementation of the approved ICT Policy.
