Latest research trend: ‘Historicizing’ of Third Reich → Less focus on Hitler’s person but on ‘others’ → Various aspects of personal involvement of German people in Hitler’s regime

3. HIST2134: Methodology Chronologically exploring the Third Reich Thematically analysing important events, topics, and persons, 1933-45 Methodologically evaluating different kinds of primary sources (historical documents) = Comprehensive understanding trained during lectures & seminars
