3. What’s the Big Idea? Problem: –There’s only two counseling rooms. –There are several classes of students who need to use these rooms. Solution: –The website provides an online sign-up tool so students can see what times and days the rooms are open.

21. Canceling Appointments To cancel your appointment, click on the “Cancel” button.
