Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed March 6, 2014 Amendment No. 1 signed August 2015 changed requirement of RFP for environmental work, named Meridian Consultants of Westlake Village, CA as environmental consultant Amendment No. 2 signed November 2015 amended payment schedule for Environmental Impact Report by LVPRP Foundation

Project submitted October 21, 2014 and deemed complete for processing July 30, 2015 Per the MOU -- project has been forwarded to the Federal Airport Administration (FAA) Per the MOU – the Airport Commission held a meeting on August 27 to receive the project

Meridian Consultants submitted a revised Scope of Work (SOW) for an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) on October 19 which included: a cost estimate of $232,585 and timeline of nine months for completion. The Foundation has deposited $40,000 with the City and MOU Amendment No. 2 changed the requirement for Matching Funds to be deposited prior to City certification of the EIR.

The City is in the process of finalizing the contract with Meridian Consultants for the full amount of the EIR cost or $231,585 The Notice of Preparation (NOP) for preparation of an EIR for the project was distributed to responsible agencies and the public with a comment period extended to January 11, 2016 A scoping meeting was held on December 8, 2015, with approximately 25 persons in attendance and comments received from the public by Meridian Consultants and staff
