2  The Teaching, Empowering, Leading and Learning (TELL) Kentucky survey is an anonymous statewide survey of licensed school-based educators to assess teaching conditions at the school, district, and state level.  5, 646 JCPS Educators participated in the TELL Survey this March. Our response rate was 80.9%.  66 school sites had response rates of 100%.
