1 Presentation #7 New Rule: Write or show the topic of your presentation on the board or overhead, and tell the class what you are going to do. Pick one: 1)Choose a recent news story from your country. It can be a big story or a small one, a national one or a local one. 2)Think of an interesting experience that happened to you and tell it like a story to the class. Consider these questions: Who, what, when, where, why and how. Start at the beginning, end at the end. OR 3) Introduce your best friend to the class. When did you meet him/her? How did you meet? What do you have in common? What do you like to do together? What qualities do you admire in your best friend? 3 Prepare the Body The body usually contains 3 or 4 sections. Each section is called a subtopic and is connected to the topic (or purpose of the speech).
