Work Package 3.2 – Quality Assurance Training 23-25 November 2015, Yerevan #espaqproject Outline of the training Aim: to create a team of effective student experts/representatives within Armenia’s university sector. Objectives: To understand the quality assurance and enhancement environment. To understand key principles of student engagement, representation and partnership, and the role of students in shaping quality. To gain the skills required to make a difference to the student learning experience in partnership with universities.

This module is consistently awful and everyone struggles with it. There aren’t enough books in the library. The reading list for my course is too short. I find the theory boring, and I reckon everyone else thinks so too. Loads of people aren’t getting practical experience in their subject. Mr X never gives enough feedback on my essays.

Student support are equipped to deal with broader support issues. We have to be clear where our responsibility ends and Student Support’s begins.

It is all about improving their learning experience. Reps form part of the quality systems in their institutions.
