9. Course Requirements Journals document experiences to reflect upon what we’ve learned. Evaluations help instructors and PALS understand strengths and weaknesses. Service hour requirements

10. Journals Daily entries are required to record progress and regress in individual works. Additional entries are written for group work, expanding on lessons learned about self, others, and the impact on organizations.

11. Evaluations Self-evaluations promote teacher and PAL understandings of what skills have been obtained. Peer-evaluations locate problematic areas within course functioning. Year-end teacher evaluations shape changes of the course.

12. Service Hours Each PAL is required to complete 75 service hours over the course of the year to successfully complete the class.
