10. The eight pilots are applying four principles to Deliver as One. One Programme One Leader and Team One Budgetary Framework One Office

11. One Programme provides countries with relevant assistance from the whole UN family

12. One empowered Leader and Team work together with clear accountability.

13. One Budgetary Framework uses donor resources strategically in each country.

14. One Office unites agencies through harmonized business processes and often a UN House.

15. The Pilots have made real progress and have put into place the necessary processes, planning mechanisms and joint programming.

16. The governments are taking more ownership, and the UN is better aligned with their priorities. One Programme signing ceremony, Viet Nam

17. The pilots are successfully applying joint programming, analysis and prioritization.

18. The joint budgetary framework and One Fund are proving to be effective tools.

19. UN agencies better understand each others’ mandates, expertise and business models.

24. The Secretary-General and General Assembly have recognized progress made and want more. We are here to act. We are here to deliver results. We are agents of change. Our job is to change the UN, and through it, the world.

25. The UN system needs to do much more to support the pilots and truly Deliver as One.
