Training Workshop – Participant Evaluation Why is the participant evaluation important? 1.Evaluation provides valuable feedback on what needs to be improved 2.Allows workshop to evolve to meet new requirements 3.Provides a record of who attended – important for CycleLogistics Ahead targets 4.Provides an audit capability – highlights the good from the not so good presenters 5.Documentary evidence & photographs It is a requirement to provide ECLF with a copy of all the evaluation forms and a summary
