17. Usability Test #2 Step 1- Select five international students as users. Step 2- Complete surveys separately to ensure understanding. Step 3- Upon completion of the survey, questions will be answered if any. Step 4- Evaluate results to see what specific aspects may need revised.

21. Conclusion We were very happy with the outcome of our manual. Our usability tests filled us in with the details we did not initially catch. The reviews and thoughts of our users suggested that they were very pleased with our result before we revised the manual. Our users had positive thoughts towards our manual than negative. We hope this manual will prove to be useful in the future. If the manual is useful to the university, we would love for it to be put into action starting next year. THANK YOU!
