1. Day 1 on Tech Use March 26, 2015

2. Students ◦ Log in at:  j.mp/cmsgaggle (don’t use www or http:/)  use FireFox browser ◦ Username: flastxxxx  first initial + last name + last 4 of student id ◦ Password: YYMMDD (should not change)  if they forget their password, you can reset it

3.  If this is the first time you’ve logged into Gaggle, you will have to take a 15 minute Internet Security Safety Course. After that you will be able to use your Gaggle email.

4.  Open your web browser (Firefox or Chrome-Not Internet Explorer)  Enter “Google Drive” in your search bar and press enter  Click on the link for “Google Drive” link  To Access ◦ Login for Students: Gaggle Email address flast####@cms.gaggle.net (# = last 4 of student ID) Password for Students: YYMMDD (Teachers can help students flast####@cms.gaggle.net

5.  Click the create icon  Then, Create and Rename your folder to Your Name (First Name and Last Name)

6.  Now right click your folder  Select Share and add my email address  Amanda.thompson@cms.k12.nc.us

7.  Create 2 New Folders within Your Folder  Name them Personal  Collaboration
