Paper Check / Money Order (NEW) Direct to Carrier (NEW) Credit Card E-Check Customers now have more options for how to pay the Initial payment screen– they can submit paper checks, money orders, pay by credit card, and submit payment directly to their carrier. Auto-Renewal Steps Auto-Renewal Manual Renewal Step 1 System identifies applications that qualify for auto- renewal Step 2 Auto-renewal qualification outcome communicated to the individual Step 3 Actions taken by customers to complete enrollment

QHP Auto-Renewals ▪ System checks accounts to identify those eligible for auto-renewal (11/30) ▪ Approval is granted to run through Federal hub ▪ Federal hub eligibility check (income, family size, age of members) ▪ Plan for coming year is still available ▪ Accounts ineligible ▪ Eligibility changes for individual or entire family ▪ Family members are on different plans ▪ Washington Apple Health enrollees (mixed households renew separately) ▪ If individual chooses to autorenew, no action is required (except payment) ▪ Can manually renew (and make updates) from dashboard ▪ Option to reshop ▪ Opt out
