1. Year 3 Maple class We are now in Mr Donnans’ new class which is where Mrs Norlands class use to be.

2. Our Trip to the Rotunda At the beginning of the year, year 3 travelled to the Rotunda and there was a Pliosaur called Horace.

3. Dinosaurs Our topic is Dinosaurs and my favourite dinosaur is a Diplodocus. Tia is the Diplodocus in the year 3 play The Time Machine.

4. Time Travellers Year 3 are doing a play about time travellers and Sarah and Joseph are the kids which go back in time to the time of the Dinosaurs.

5. Art with Miss Hindle On a Thursday afternoon Miss Hindle comes in and does art with us. The first weak we looked at an artist called Linda Calvery. We did patterns on a dinosaur. And the week after we did collage. She didn’t do this one.

6. 3 Types of Rocks We have been learning about different types of rocks called Metamorphic rocks Sedimentary rocks and Igneous rocks.

7. FrenchFrenchFrenchFrench We have learned 2 French songs.1 of them [our favourite] is a French greetings song. And the other is about animals on a farm.

8. Fire Engine A fire engine visited Year 3 and they showed us their gear and Mr Donnan got to wear an outfit, gloves, hat and a gas mask. He cleaned Mr Wonlesses car.
