Cause others to want to do more and better. From 1957 to 1968 Martin Luther King Jr. traveled over 6 million miles and spoke over twenty-five hundred times about injustice, protest and taking action. Martin Luther King Jr. was the youngest man to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. Martin Luther King Jr. was an inspiration to all and showed that everyone could do more and better.

Having ambition and motivation to get things done without being asked. Gates is one of the best- known entrepreneurs of the personal computer revolution. Bill Gates did everything on his own time and was very creative. He was determined to finish whatever he started.

Being ethical in your decisions and treatment of others. Abraham Lincoln was well known for his honesty. As a store clerk, whenever he realized he had shortchanged a customer by only a few pennies he would shut down the store and make sure he returned it to him.

Being able to listen, write and speak effectively. John F. Kennedy was well known for his speeches. He was able to get what he needed to say across, very effectively. Kennedy also gave his attention to all ideas and had an open mind about them.
