Muscle Actions 3 types: Concentric- When the muscle overcomes the resistance contracts and becomes smaller Eccentric- When the resistance is greater than the force and the muscle gets longer Isometric- When the force is equal to the resistance and the muscle stays the same. (ISO=same, METRIC= length)
