Key Club Core Values The core values of Key Club International are leadership, character building, caring and inclusiveness. Mission Statement Key Club is an international student-led organization which provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership.

Vision to Reality Manageable Goals – More Realistic in nature – Lead to predictable success and small wins – Define action plans – Engage individuals “Invite 3 different people to my next meeting” “Have a joint project with Key Club” “Call 3 past members and invite them back”

Manageable to SMART Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic Timely “I will call three past members by June 30 th and invite them to a meeting” Stretch Goals and Manageable Goals intertwine to move your vision forward in producing results
