20. What is the general role of the President’s cabinet?

21. First, they run their respective departments, but they also advise the President on the goings-on in their department.

23. Is the when the President postpones the carrying out of a sentence, most often with the Death Penalty. We’re going to kill you, but we’ll hold off a week or so just to make sure we got it right.
