Development Strategy Proactive not reactive This is about trying to anticipate and plan, not be suddenly faced with problems that need panic solutions !

Development Strategy BUT No amount of paperwork is going to make a difference This has to be converted into ACTION

Development Strategy We want this initiative to motivate every adult in the District, so that as “Team Eastleigh” we support each other and........ Try hard to make what we do FUN !
