2. Marriage to Hazrat Khadija ra & First Revelation. In his early youth, Prophet Muhammad pbuh worked as a shepherd. When he grew older,he started working as a merchant. He was so honest that people of Makkah used to call him Al-Ameen. There was a very rich lady in Makkah called Khadija. At the age of 25 years, Prophet Muhammad pbuh took her goods to Syria.

3. Hazrat Khadija was so impressed with the honesty of Prophet Muhammad pbuh that she offered to marry him. Prophet Muhammad pbuh accepted. They lived a very happy life. They had six children, four daughters and two sons.

4. Prophet Muhammad pbuh wanted to know more about Allah and why he was here on earth. For this reason,he used to spend many hours alone in Cave Hira thinking about Allah and His creations.

5. When Prophet Muhammad pbuh was 40 years old, Angel Jibrael came to him in cave Hira with the first revelation from The Holy Quran. Hazrat Khadijah ra was the first person to accept Islam. Among children, Hazrat Ali ra was the first child to accept Islam. He was only 10 years old.
