7 No relationship between owner & guardian No tenancy agreement means property can be vacated with 2 weeks notice No change of use consent necessary as no tenancy rights inferred – legally acknowledged as an interim security measure Low cost: owner pays utility bills (we carefully manage utility usage), preparation of building and ongoing maintenance, small monthly charge on some projects. However, each project warrants a unique approach in accordance with Client requirements and the best practical method for that project.
