+ Activity: Invitation to an Event Parts of an invitation: who, what, when where, rsvp. RSVP: (abbr. French) répondez s'il vous plaît, or please reply Assign taskmaster, timekeeper, presenter, everyone needs to take notes. One person in each group is celebrating his/her birthday, and you are helping that person make invitations to the party (Include all the parts of an invitation on your own invitation.)

+ Activity: Invitation to an Event Invite your classmates (not from your group) to come to your party. Go back to your groups. Compare how many people said yes. One student from each group will present: Tell the class about the party and how many people said they would come.
