MADOT Consolidation 1/30/20164 Discovery Options Analysis Next Steps ITD and DOT to review options and make decision on how to meet Nov 1 deadline Analyze requirements related to email, archival / retention, chargebacks, and service levels ITD to develop consolidation options Analyze requirements related to email, archival / retention, chargebacks, and service levels ITD to develop consolidation options Discovery process happening at MaHwy, EOT, Aero, Turnpike, and RMV this week OBJECTIVE: DOT and ITD work collaboratively over the next 1-2 weeks to determine if/how DOT non-MassMail agencies can be migrated to MassMail by Nov 1, 2009, to meet Legislative goals related to Transformation Consolidation
