Oldies How can I help my new adviser friends? What kind of mentoring program do we have? If my district doesn’t have a mentor program, what can I do to get one started? Newbie's Who can I go to for help? How do I know if there is a mentoring program? Is it my responsibility to meet with a mentor?

What advisory programs do our schools already have in place? What are the strengths of these programs? Where could they improve?

Set A Goal Oldies Who is a newbie that I can help? What is at least one way I can reach out and help them this year? What other information could I pass along to this adviser that I might look over now because I am an expert. Newbie's Who is an adviser that looks nice enough to help me? How can I make contact with this adviser so they know I need help? What are some ways I could use the help?
