Method/Procedure 1.Put 500g of flour in a bowl. 2.Mix in two eggs using a spoon. 3.Whisk in 250 cm 3 of milk. 4.Leave to stand for 30 minutes. 5.Heat 25g of butter in a frying pan. 6.Add a tablespoon of the mixture to the pan. 7.Turn over when the mixture has set and cook until browned.
