Cover and refrigerate food that is not in use Food can not be left out of the fridge more than 2 HOURS! Do not handle food with open wounds Do not eat while preparing food

Do not chew gum Do not wear nail polish Ensure all counter surfaces are clean Ensure all utensils are clean

If food falls on the floor, THROW IT OUT!!! (The 5 second rule doesn’t apply!) When cutting raw meat, never use a WOODEN cutting board – bacteria can seep into the wood Cook meat thoroughly – NO PINK! When preparing meat, always wash everything that the meat has touched, including your hands!
