2. Bahrain Bourse (BHB) is only responsible for dematerialized securities. 50% of total issued securities is dematerialized. Corporate Actions is executed on the dematerialized securities only. BHB handles all types of Corporate Actions (such as bonus issues, mergers etc…) except for the Cash Dividend which is handled by the shares registrars. The record date is the AGM’s Date. Corporate Action is executed on T+2 of the Record Date.

3. BHB applies Settlement Model 2 (Gross on Securities & Net on Cash)
