After finding the perfect book, get your library card and check the book out.
Put your library card back in the correct box so you can find it quickly on your next visit to the library.

6. READ WHILE YOU WAIT.
After checking out a book or magazine, sit down and read until it is time to return to class.

7. TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR LIBRARY BOOK!
Keep your library book:
In a safe place where you can always find it.
Away from food and water.
Away from pets and small children.
Off the floor where people are walking.

8. RETURN YOUR LIBRARY BOOK ON TIME.
