4 MISSION VISION STRATEGY
To promote and conduct the rehabilitation and reconversion of the deteriorated heritage in the Critical Area for Urban Renewal and Reconversion in the city of Porto, according to the Decree Law 104/2004, of the 7th May. VISION The city centre of Porto will constitute a space of sociability and residence, welcoming diversified and competitive economic activities, with high urban quality and promoting unique experiences. STRATEGY •The re-housing of Porto downtown; •The business development and promotion of Porto downtown; •The commerce revitalisation; •The development of tourism, culture and leisure; •The improvement of public space.
