High Wealth Land Uses Manufacturing, Factories that produce goods also produce a lot of wealth for the amount of land they take up and people involved Commerce is the act of “getting the goods to market. Commerce included Stores, Malls, even Movie Theaters. All of which produce a great deal of wealth per acre or person involved.
