Hypertension therapies Medication – Diuretics – ACE inhibitors – Beta blockers – Calcium channel blockers Decreasing dietary salt and fat intake Weight loss in patients with BMI ≥25kg/m 2 Avoid excessive alcohol consumption Regular exercise regimen
