2. Introduction
Flexus Global Solutions Investment Limited (FGS) is a business empowerment group incorporated in Nigeria with Corporate Affairs Commission. We are compassionate individuals determined to create wealth through creation of Investment & Credit co-operatives across the country and varieties of businesses.

3. In line with creation of co-operatives, FGS introduced Port Harcourt Flexible Co-operative Investment & Credit Society Limited (PHFCICS). It is a multipurpose co-operative society established to coordinate young professionals and entrepreneurs in organizing a pool of private funds to serve as a reliable source of credit and investment opportunities, which members can look towards as a convenient and more affordable means of personal and entrepreneurial development. PHFCICS is registered and certified by Rivers State Government on the 21st January 2015.

4. Our philosophy is simple; there is awesome power and amazing possibilities in collaborative efforts. We believe people can achieve much more together than individually and entrepreneurs and SME owners can achieve their dreams without the exorbitant traditional bank loans. We are convinced that there is a post modern approach to thrift and credit cooperation; we can develop our individual abilities while we grow our collective opportunities and strengthen our economy.
