Progress update FETI-HETI Project launched on 20 September 2010 Implementation of project on 12 October 2010 Insurance companies include: Discovery Momentum Old Mutual Sanlam Negotiation of this project to be included in INSETA’s QCTO process Mapping NQF Level 5 to 1 st year B. Commerce degree Ongoing curriculum development

Future priorities Full implementation by end of 2010 Development of an NQF Level 4 qualification to broaden articulation route Development of FET-HE model that can be taken up by all universities (public and private) to include FET provision Investigation of further articulation routes through a partnership approach
