We are Elite Real Estate Consulting Firm. Our staff consist of: Joyce Williams, Project Manager; Marin Kovacevic, Assistant Project Manager; Crystal Horton, Secretary and Scribe; and Antoinette Brown, Consultant. We are dedicated to providing a positive experience to our clients who are seeking to invest in and purchase real estate property. We will assist them in finding the correct methods to make their home buying experience less stressful.

The purpose of this assignment is to show the skills, tools, and techniques used to manage a project. This presentation will show all of the steps and activities required to plan, schedule, and complete a project. This will include defining what the project activity is, putting it into sequence, estimating the resources and durations needed to complete the project. Planning and controlling the schedule in order to carry out the project to meet stakeholders expectations are also illustrated.

Our goal is to provide a premium service to our clients and to enhance their real estate buying experience. We will analyze the customer needs and develop a plan to guide them in obtaining their goal. For example, if credit repair is needed, we will direct them to credit repair consultant/specialist. If they do not want to go through a real estate agent, we will instruct them on other avenues they can pursue to purchase their home. We are dedicated to ensure that our clients have all the necessary tools and information to purchase their home. They will also leave as satisfied customers.

Verify that all associates know what is expected of them. Train office assistant on the procedures we want to implement and make sure that the individual know the protocol of the business. Perform any tasks that may have been over looked.
