Access and Quality for All Vision Planned College Level Exemplar Projects COPP Vision and College Goals 2002-2012 (08/03/05) Goals University expansion to provide access, ensure quality, and focus on the individual.  Expand access to the existing 28 undergraduate and graduate academic degrees and certificates  Develop new academic programs to meet the needs of a growing megapolitan area  Intensify the academic experience of undergraduate students through participation in research, internships, public service, and living-learning communities  Expand continuing professional education opportunities, especially to the downtown Phoenix community  Strategically focus on and improve linkages with Phoenix community colleges  Develop academic programs with key partners in downtown Phoenix, e.g., the City of Phoenix, the Department of Economic Security, to advance baccalaureate and graduate degree attainment To establish COPP as a model for rigorous, research-intensive, knowledge-based social and economic advancement of others in a hyper growth megapolitan region.
