Vermont Network (another state) Average Download Speeds: 48 Kbps Average Upload speeds: 32 Kbps The person who lives in Vermont only has a dial up network and gets a significantly lower average then someone who has a coaxial cable connection.

Comparison By comparing the results from all three tests the closer you are to a dense populated area like a city, the more readily available a high speed internet connection is. The further away from a densely populated area the less likely it is that a high speed internet connection is available.
