3. Five reasons George Washington is famous  He was the first president of the U.S.A.  George Washington was one of the only ones that didn’t sign the document, the Declaration of Independence.  He led the Revolutionary war.  He was a military leader.  He was one of the founding fathers.

4. George Washington’s Later Years  He got his face carved on Mt. Rushmore.  He died on 1799.  He returned to being a farmer.  He was married to Martha.  We celebrate President’s Day

5. Four Ways George Washington made an impact on other people’s life He was a great leader. He encouraged the United States to unite. He invented the role of President. He was a good soldier He is on the dollar bill.
