6 Behaviour  We expect all students to behave appropriately. No horseplay. You are all role models to younger students across the Federation  No food outside the Canteen.  No headphones/mobile phones allowed on school grounds.  Use Study area and laptops appropriately  Let RST know where you are.  Early finishes are a privilege and are non- negotiable

7 Expectations & Standards  We expect students to:  Meet deadlines  Have at least 96% attendance  Arrive at the Academy by 8.25am everyday  Attend all lessons on time  Attend all study sessions on time  Prepare thoroughly for all assessments tests and examinations

8 Dress Code DRESS CODE Male Formal Business Suit Formal shirt and tie Formal shoes Female Formal Business Suit (skirts must be at least to the knee, no stretchy lycra skirts allowed, trousers must be full length) Formal Blouse or shirt Formal shoes

9 The following are not permitted: Dresses; Jumpers- with the exception of plain v neck jumpers Denim/Jeans trousers, shirts, blouses or skirts; Studs on trousers, skirts or shirts/blouses Casual trousers – combats, track suits, leggings; Casual tops – track suit, fleeces, T-shirts, hooded tops; Shorts, cropped trousers, tight narrow legged trousers; Sportswear; Very short skirts/revealing/ see through clothes; Trainers, pumps, canvas shoes, Vans, Kicker trainers or leisure shoes/pumps; Visible boots Patterns or shapes cut into hair or eyebrows and brightly coloured hair – eg: Mohicans or tram lines Gloves, hats, caps and bandannas. Overly conspicuous jewellery - large earrings, necklaces Coloured Shoe Laces Tattoos should not be visible. Visible body piercing is restricted to the ears only. Students will be sent home if they do not conform to the Dress Code.

Point for persistent absence / not meeting deadlines Punctuality (After 2 Lates) 1. Chat Mrs Stone / Me 2. Report to Mrs Stone each day (15 days no late) 3. Parents phone call / report to me each day (20 days no late) 4. Parents in to discuss - attendance report (30 days no late) Point for every 2 lates Make up time after school/during early days that week (1 day = 6 hours) Just late (50 minutes minimum)
