August 2012 – Change of approach: –System mandated on all Principal Contractors –Sub-Contractors to report close calls through PCs

Date 00.00.00Create your footer by changing copy in the Header and Footer section2 CCS v2 Redesigned user interface to facilitate smarter data capture Now includes extensive close call categorisation and project data enabling smarter analysis and trending Intelligent bulk uploading – system validates your spreadsheet and tells you where you have made an error and why Option to choose a primary cause from a comprehensive list of incident factors Reduced workload – system only sends high risk and open close calls for review by the Responsible Manager. System administration made easier. Now includes functionality to track feedback to the reporter
