2. This is the Database Start Page (The Switchboard) To turn on ‘Pop Up Help’ click the option button

3. Note how the help text changes as you pass over each Button

4. The database comes complete with 25 basic oils. If you wish to add to or edit oils in the database, select the top button ‘Oil Data Entry/Edit and Match All Elements’ Click to Continue

5. Select the oil you wish to Edit using the drop down list Click Here Treatment and Properties have ‘Star Ratings’ All of the elements can be edited or deleted Click to Continue

6. To add a new oil Click Here Type in the name of the oil and then select the elements When all entries are completed close the form Click Here Click to Continue

7. To view the profiles of all oils in the database, select the second button from the top ‘View oil profiles’ Click to Continue

8. The oils can be scrolled through one at a time by using the navigation buttons. Navigation Buttons Click to Continue

9. Or by using the drop down list (as before) Click Here When you have finished looking at the oils, close the form Click Here Click to Continue

10. Button 3 provides ailments in the form of a list alongside the oils recommended for their treatment

11. Selecting the ailment in the left hand box displays the recommended oils for treatment, complete with ‘Notes’ and ‘Star Rating’ Click to Continue When your search is complete close the form Click here Click to Continue

12. Button 4 allows a search to be made on a specific ailment and provides all of the recommended oils and elements.

13. A drop down list box will appear, select the arrow to show the list Click to Continue

14. There are 6 oils recommended for treating ‘Anxiety’ they can be selected from the list. Click to Continue When you are finished close down this form (as before) Click Here

15. Click to Continue If you wish to add to or edit any of the elements select button 5

16. This form is for adding to, deleting or editing ‘Ailments’ and ‘Cautions’. To Add to or edit ‘Properties’ and ‘Family’ Select the option button Click to Continue To add a new entry To delete an entry, select it first and click delete Click to Continue

17. Close this form when you are finished Click here Click to Continue
