3 Function descriptions -1 Items nameDescriptionCurrent issue AccountsAccounts is information of clients, chosen from either “COMM Customers” or “Subscribers/Listeners” COMM Customers is for business clients, Subscribers/Listeners is for individual clients. ContactsContacts is information of client’s Person In Charge such as Name, Email address, Tel number, title etc. Contact belongs to Accounts. There is no item to record branch information so it is being recorded as a contact information. Activity HistoryActivity History is for recording sales activities to the client such as call, email, meeting. It also can be a task to do so it can be alert for sales persons. Activity History belongs to Accounts. QuotesCurrently it is not used, however we plan to use this function to record quotation information. ContractsContract is information for each contract with the client such as contract date, price etc. Contract also contains Media Services, Advertisements, Complimentary Items, Barter Records, Activity History. Media ServicesMedia Service is an actual media type which COMM provides clients. It is chosen from J+Plus, FM, Hello Singapore, Sales & Promotions, Events, and VFR. Media Service is created under Contract.

4 Function descriptions -2 Items nameDescriptionCurrent issue AdvertisementsAdvertisement is the details of each Media Service content. Ex) In case of J-Plus, Advertisements contains Publish Date, Volume Number, Size, Page, Price etc. Complimentary Items type/Complimentary Items Complimentary Items is the items which sale person provides for free. It is chosen from J+Plus, FM, Hello Singapore, Sales & Promotions, Events, and VFR. It records which media service, how many times. Also sale persons input check-mark each time after customer used complimentary items. Advertisement TypeAdvertisement type is used only when Media Service is selected as Hello Singapore. Barter ItemsBarter Items is product information which sales persons receive from clients. It records Barter items type (chosen from Voucher, Product, Service, Dine in or others), how much worth of it and how much of usage. Payment CollectionsAfter each Advertisement was implemented, invoice is issued Invoice Number, Issued Date, Amounts etc. under Payment Collection.

5 Function descriptions -3 Items nameDescriptionCurrent issue CampaignsCampaign is created when COMM plans features for J+plus (ex. Beauty Feature) or event(ex. Flea market). It records Event date, Media(chosen from Hello Singapore, J-Plus, FM, and Others), planning date, Budget etc. Also it contains Campaign Members, Opportunities (Accounts information which join the Campaign), Activity History, Campaign can have hierarchy. Campaign MembersCampaign Members belong to Campaigns. It is the list of potential clients which are automatically chosen from Leads and Contacts under certain conditions. OpportunitiesOpportunities is Accounts which has possibility to be a client for Campaign. It is used to analyze the sales approach method and revenue relation. LeadsInquiries records from our COMM’s website is stored under Leads. Leads can be Accounts. Currently it is used only for Readers who made inquiries from COMM website, however it should be used as a potential clients. CasesCases record purpose for internal/external case analysis

6 Other function Description Media ScheduleMedia Schedule is the definition for each media service schedule. ReportCreate report under diverse conditions. Admin can set the search conditions. DashboardDashboard is graphed report such as a sales report. CustomizeCRM need to be open to being customized and will need to be integrated with other COMM system. SupportCRM need to have customer support.
